Le personnel rentscape ne nous rien expliqué sur prise en mains véhicules, pour le retour , impossible de lles joindre au tél. remise clés dans boite aux lettres... c'est très limite, aucun état des lieux, donc, j'ai du faire une vidéo du véhicule pour me couvrir! agence vannes rentscape à déconseiller.
