4. Accept rental requests
You manually accept each booking request.
NB: your acceptance does not block the vehicle, which remains available until the renter confirms by payment. It's "first come, first served!" The more you accept, the more chances you have of renting...
And if you want to save time and earn more money, enable "automatic acceptance" mode!
5. Manage your availability and rental rates

Wikicampers provides the rental documents
You are freed from administrative constraints: we provide you with the rental contract, including the outbound and inbound condition reports, properly drawn up. These contractual documents are accessible in paper or digital form, from the Wikicampers website or app.
Wikicampers secures the transaction
You are guaranteed to receive your earnings: our platform acts as a trusted third party, in application of article L. 521-3 issued by the Prudential Supervisory Authority (Banque de France). The rental amount is transferred directly to your bank account! More information on secure payment

Are you thinking of renting out your motorhome to earn an income? It is therefore normal to wonder about the price you can set and the commission Wikicampers will take for its services:
- regarding the price, you are free to decide the daily rental rate and, of course, we can help you determine it if needed;
- our commission is 15%: it's very simple, if you want to receive €85.00 / day, the price displayed on our platform, to be paid by the renter, will be €100.00 / day.
These fees allow us to pay our team of around forty staff, based in the Basque Country, in Bidart (64). They support you every day:
- in managing your rentals;
- in checking the documents submitted by your renters to provide you with maximum security;
- as a trusted third party and mediator;
- to handle communication and generate rental requests.
Insurance, breakdown assistance and our service fees are borne by the renter.
Wikicampers manages your renters' security deposit to spare you the nasty surprise of a bounced cheque! This gives you peace of mind and the financial security of being compensated if something goes wrong when the rental is returned.
If you notice a problem when your motorhome is returned, simply state it during the inbound condition report. Thanks to our mobile app, our insurance department is immediately informed and can handle your case. Then, we support you through every step of resolving the problem!
You prepare your vehicle as if you were going on holiday yourself. It must be clean, disinfected, with fluid levels topped up and tyre pressure checked!
We advise you to provide the following equipment to your renters:
- cookware (plates, cutlery, saucepan, frying pan, drainer, etc.)
- protection for your bedding (mattress protector and pillow cover)
- a complete cleaning kit so your vehicle comes back clean
- cleaning products for the grey and black water cassettes
- water hose, levelling blocks, toolbox, box of spare fuses
- a first aid kit
You can also add your personal touch: garden table and chairs, barbecue, board games... All these little extras will please your renters and contribute to a pleasant trip.
