We are Anaïs and Aurélien, and here is Nimbus🧹, our compact converted van, designed like a small chalet on wheels. Yes, the name is a nod to the Nimbus 2000 from Harry Potter, because like a good broomstick, it takes you wherever you want without any hassle (and without needing to be a wizard to pilot it ⚡). The idea behind Nimbus is to feel good inside, even on rainy days. Pop-up roof to stand up (and cook standing, a real little luxury), cozy bench, light wood, plenty of storage, even for those like us who aren't exactly minimalist. 😉 Nimbus drives like a car and parks anywhere. No experience needed to go with it: we take the time to explain everything to you at the start. Everything you need on board 🍳 Equipped kitchen - Real sink with running water (clean water tank 64 L, waste water 32 L) - 2-burner gas stove - 40 L fridge with small freezer - Dishes, Italian coffee maker, kitchen utensils, basic condiments (salt, pepper, oil), dish soap, sponges and towels, everything is included. 🛏️ Sleeping for 4 people - Sofa bed comb (120 × 185 cm) - Pop-up roof with sleeping for 2 people (120 cm) ☕ Life on board - Folding indoor table - Outdoor table and 3 chairs - Plenty of well-thought-out storage - Outdoor shower, ideal after a surf session, a hike or a swim - CarPlay (your music, your GPS, your life in 2 seconds) 🔋 Autonomy up to 3 days - Secondary lithium battery that recharges while driving (1h30 for a 100% charge) - USB, USB-C and 230 V outlets in the converted area to charge all your devices 🌊 Designed for your passions: surfers, skaters, snowboarders: there is room to carry a board. 🐶 Dog-friendly: we regularly travel in the van with our dog, and this one has been specially designed for him to be comfortable. Your 4-legged companion is welcome on board. 💻 Remote work: tested and approved. You work very well inside (stable and spacious table, outlets nearby, battery autonomy up to 3 days). Perfect for extending a weekend by working remotely on Monday facing the sea or the mountains. ✅ Ready to go Upon your arrival, Nimbus awaits you with full tanks (to be refilled at the end of the stay), the essential kitchen items on board and all the installed equipment (plus any options you have chosen). You arrive with your bag, you leave. 🚐💨 🛏️ Linen and options Included at no extra cost: Blanket, protective sheets and fitted sheets for bedding, washable sponge, towels Extra option for more comfort and freedom: - Duvet + sheets + bath towels: 15 € / stay - Dry toilets with urine separator: 15 € / stay (to be emptied and cleaned before returning the vehicle) => Comfort package with both options: 25€/stay ⏰ Pick-up and return times So that everything goes smoothly (especially when another tenant follows behind you), we operate with these time slots: - Van pick-up: between 2 PM and 5 PM on the day of departure - Van return: between 10 AM and 12 PM on the last day This window allows us time to prepare Nimbus properly between two rentals (check-out, setting up essentials). Need to leave earlier or return later? No problem, this is possible as an option: Early departure (before 2 PM) or late return (after 12 PM): 15 € depending on availability of our schedule.
