TIKKI VAN

Hello future Vanlifers! We offer you to rent our 'Tiki Van' for a little trip in the Landes and the Basque Country. Perfect for surfing, road trips, and spending good times in our beautiful region. The setup is simple yet optimized and quite comfortable and consistent for stays of 7 to 15 days. (We have traveled to Portugal, Dolomites, Pyrenees, Basque Country….) Equipment: SHOWER - A 10L solar shower that will be used for outdoor showering and dishwashing (manual air pressure) and a 20L reserve canister. KITCHEN - 1 gas hot plate. (There will always be 1 opened bottle and 1 replacement bottle; just buy a bottle if the second one is well opened) A cooking set for 2 people (with plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls) + a frying pan - Some kitchen accessories (knife, board, spatula) - A folding container for washing dishes with sponge and dish soap - 2 trash bags and garbage bin - Cloth - 24L electric cooler (note it is not compression, it is not a fridge!). STORAGE - Wall nets to put your clothes, towels, backpack... - Empty spaces/with crates under the benches - A small container for storing food, dishes… - Magnetic shelves at the back of the van - Magnetic hooks, accessories to hang laundry… LAYOUT AND BED - 2 wooden side benches with a central foldable part to form a large mattress that can accommodate 2 to 3 people (if proximity does not bother you and you are not too large, or 2 adults and a child, but it is quite spacious) - The 2 benches can serve as a work surface if the weather does not allow cooking outdoors (by placing all the mattress pieces on one bench) or a seat to relax - 4 mattress pieces to form the bed - A duvet or blanket, 2 pillows, and bed linens are clean and provided (note no towels). COMFORT AND OTHERS - 2 small camping chairs and a folding table. A 'mobile' roof that can be placed above the 2 rear doors in case of bad weather (which also serves as a privacy barrier for the outdoor shower) - a side canvas awning to set up. A curtain that blocks your view from the cabin - Mosquito net - An interior privacy barrier (for sockets and windows) + external sunshade - Emergency electrical cables - Car tire inflator. All the necessary emergency kit (tools, cables, jack, spare tire). A medium-sized dog of the Golden type is welcome if it is not destructive. It will have enough space at the foot of the bed to sleep and move around. We have a leash/safety belt. No cats due to allergies please. NO SMOKING INSIDE! Obviously, we wish to assist respectful people and get our Tiki Van back as we left it. Cleaning must be done by you, we do not offer cleaning service. In case the van is returned in poor condition, you will be charged. Ideal for 2, possible for 3 (3 small frames or 2 adults and a child) since there are 3 seats in the front with 3 seatbelts.
