We offer you the chance to embark on an adventure aboard Bree 🤔 (Van de Camp'...), our little redhead that takes us everywhere! First of all, a crucial reminder for the rental (and to avoid disappointments...): the driver must be at least 23 years old on the first day of rental and have a minimum of 3 years of driving license 😊 So, our Bree: Model 2022, it is arranged and equipped for multi-day autonomous trips for 2 or a family (for us: 2 parents, 2 teens aged 16 and 13) summer and winter! A 42L water tank allows us to last 2-3 days before refilling. An auxiliary battery (which charges while driving) powers the fridge, lighting, and USB phone charging. If you are camping, you can also connect to 220V. The advantage of this Nugget Plus model is that you can move from the front to the back without going outside (handy when it’s pouring rain!), but it also allows the teens to cook standing up while parents sit comfortably in the living area 😜. The toilet is an additional asset for urgent matters, but beware of privacy, we are still in a van, which is an enclosed space of 10m2 (actually 4m2 on the ground), so proximity is a must 😅. A small sink in addition to the kitchen sink is available for quick needs. For those who enjoy showering, you can shower outside thanks to a shower connector located at the back of the van, but it will be chilly because Bree has no water heater! A solar shower from Decathlon is provided if needed (also practical for washing dishes with hot water). For dining, you'll be able to whip up small dishes thanks to the kitchen equipment and the 2-burner stove. All dishes are provided for 4 people. A 40L fridge will keep your groceries cool. Bree also has plenty of storage but requires some organization if you don't want to end up in a teen's bedroom! For sleeping, Bree offers a loft bed with mattress and base (a safety net is provided for small children). A second sleeping area can be set up in the living room, which requires a bit of prior organization but remains comfortable thanks to the additional mattress also provided. For driving, Bree handles like a large car. With its automatic gearbox of 185 HP, it doesn't struggle on hills! Just be cautious of its size (length of 5.34m) and height (2.09m) which won't fit under all parking barriers, but remains in category 1 for tolls despite its high profile. In short, beautiful moments await you! Even though using Bree is very accessible, getting used to it requires some time for exchanges and explanations (especially about our little adjustments and personal tips) that should be arranged before hitting the road for adventure.
