RENAULT TRAFIC 2.0L DCI 115

Hello everyone! 👋🏼

Here is my Renault Trafic II 2.0 DCI 115 HP L2H1 Grand Comfort from 2013, fitted out by me and my father (always give credit where it's due).

I bought this vehicle with the idea of creating a simple but practical layout for traveling.

I now wish for other people to also enjoy this van for a few days or weeks to experience a beautiful adventure discovering lovely places.

To start, a little word about the van. The fact that it is extended offers a larger layout area, without feeling too cramped inside. The 2.0L DCI 115 chain drive offers reliability, power when the road rises, and low consumption. The vehicle is equipped with a 6-speed manual gearbox, air conditioning, an onboard GPS with remote control, a rear radar, a towing ball for attaching a bike rack if you have one, a cigarette lighter socket, a Bluetooth connection system (with a Bose system for music), a speed limiter and regulator, central locking, and a phone holder on the windshield.

The layout and equipment present in this van 🚐:

- A clever clic-clac bench that allows you to sit in the van and, once unfolded, turns into a large bed of 140cm x 200cm, ensuring the sweetest nights.
- Floor + ceiling + wall insulation to avoid condensation and temperature differences between the outside and inside of the van.
- A folding table located in front of the bench if you want to eat, work on a computer, or just put down your things.
- 2 storage boxes on the walls of the vehicle and a 3rd one on the rear door.
- A double drawer on sliders located under the bed where the kitchen area is, from which you can cook directly at the back of the van (storage for cooking utensils, stove, pot/pan, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, plastic Tupperware, salad bowl).
- A MTEC-28 thermoelectric cooler from the Mastic brand with a capacity of 26L, perfect for 1.5L bottles.
- A classic Ecoflow Delta 3 portable power station of 1024WH. With its 2 120V outlets + 2 USB ports and 1 USB-C port, this power station charges your electronic devices as well as the cooler and allows you to be self-sufficient in electricity. The station charges on the 12V cigarette plug but also in 1 hour on a 240V outlet (cables are provided).
- A large 60L bin and 3 small 19L bins that can slide under the bed, allowing you to store your clothes or other belongings of your choice.
- Behind the driver's seat, there is a cabinet that consists of a small plastic sink that fits directly into the wooden cabinet with a faucet attached to this same cabinet, which allows, thanks to its small pump, to lift water via a tube submerged in a clean water container. The cabinet can also serve to hold the solar portable shower, but you have the option to keep or remove this cabinet depending on your needs if you want more space in the vehicle. In my opinion, the simplest solution for washing dishes is to do it outside with the solar shower.
- A table + 2 camping chairs are also provided (the seats in the photo will be replaced by chairs).
- 2 side windows that allow a nice entry of light into the vehicle (in addition to the LED strip fixed inside).
- The bedding kit with a comforter, 2 pillows, and sheets can be provided for an additional fee of 10€.
- A mechanical jack + crocodile clips 🪫 and a tarp are provided in the rental.
