Nous n avons pas vu le propriétaire mais il était disponible au téléphone. la personne qui nous a remis le véhicule nous a donné des explications très sommaires. le véhicule n'avait pas été nettoyé à notre grand regret mais le propriétaire nous a dédommagé pour cela. par contre attention à bien bien vous assurer car la moindre rayure peut coûter chère.... pour notre par rayure à l'arrière du véhicule du à la poignée du vélo. 900 euros de retenue sur la caution.
