Super expérience ! camping-car impeccable, très propre, bien équipé et conforme à l’annonce. le propriétaire est très sympathique, disponible et réactif, avec des explications claires au départ. tout s’est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin. je recommande à 100% et je relouerai avec plaisir ! merci encore nicolas 😃

Expérience très décevante. camping-car présenté comme quasi neuf, mais avec de graves problèmes : tuyau d’évacuation cassé sans choc ni mauvaise utilisation, puis panne de la console électronique au bout de 3 jours, nous laissant sans chauffage ni électricité jusqu’à la fin du séjour. malgré ces défauts manifestement indépendants de notre usage, wikicampers nous a menacé de prélever le montant des réparations du tuyau d’évacuation s’élevant à 295€ + 50€ de frais de dossier sur notre caution. aucun geste commercial de la part du propriétaire à la hauteur des désagréments subis. manque total de considération du locataire. très mauvaise expérience.

Bonjour, Le camping car est neuf (moins de 6 mois) et un état des lieux a été effectué ou tout était nickel que se soit le panneau de contrôle ainsi que le tuyau d'évacuation et il revient avec le tuyau cassé et le panneau de contrôle hs, nous avons fait réalisé un devis concernant la réparation du tuyau et nous avons déduit les frais déduits pour le panneau de contrôle. Donc nous avons respecté les conditions et règle de location de Wikicampers donc nous ne comprenons pas votre avis qui arrive 2 mois après votre location. Cordialement Nicolas et Jessica
