🧼 Pickup and return

The vehicle is delivered clean, disinfected, and in perfect working condition. It must be returned in equivalent condition. Any abnormal use may result in additional fees.

💰 Deposit and fees after rental

The deposit may be temporarily withheld after return for verification of:

damage, if any
tolls
fines or other fees

Fees may be identified after the rental (tolls, fines, missing fuel, delays, etc.) and will be deducted from the deposit or billed with receipts.

⚠️ Tenant responsibility

The tenant is responsible for the proper use of the vehicle.

Any damage related to misuse or negligence shall be borne by them.
No repairs without prior authorization.
Any incident must be reported immediately.
Also applies to situations not covered by insurance.

🔧 Tires

Tire damage is the tenant's responsibility.
In case of replacement on the same axle, 75% of the cost of both tires will be charged (excluding manufacturing defects).
