During the rental, the rented vehicle is covered for Liability (third-party insurance) with the insurer Allianz and for comprehensive coverage within the limits of our contractual conditions. No steps to take with your insurance and your bonus will not be impacted in case of an accident.
Rest assured, in case of a breakdown, our assistance is there for you 24/7.
In case of a contractually covered claim, we cover the repair costs. You only pay your deductible (one deductible per claim). Non-covered damages are charged to your security deposit.
Our mobile app is your friend: inventory, claim declaration... everything is done online!

With the strict formula, the booking is non-refundable, non-modifiable
In case of cancellation 30 days or more before departure: 30% of the booking amount remains due by the renter, the difference is refunded.
Between 29 days before departure and the day of departure: no refund, the total price of the booking is due.

With the flexible formula, cancel or modify with peace of mind
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure: the total price of the booking is refunded.
Between 29 and 8 days before departure: 50% of the booking amount remains due by the renter, the difference is refunded.
Between 7 days before departure and the day of departure: no refund, the total price of the booking is due.
The booking dates are modifiable with the owner's agreement.

With the "Travel Abroad" option (€2 / day) and the owner's agreement, you can travel to all countries on the green card! The choice of options is made when confirming your vehicle booking.

Are you ready to insure, do you meet the conditions?
Driver obligations to be covered by insurance:
Be at least 23 years old.
Hold a valid category B driving license obtained for at least 3 years.
Have provided Wikicampers with a copy of the main driver's license and all drivers before the start of the rental (number of drivers limited to 2 per rental, at no extra cost). Holders of foreign licenses must provide an international license or a license in the Latin alphabet.
Have made a security deposit by bank imprint before the start of the rental.

Access the help centerYour deposit is destroyed 8 days after your return if no damage or incident is reported. An email is automatically sent to inform you of the cancellation of the deposit (be sure to check your spam).

The deductible is the part that remains the responsibility of the renter in case of an incident covered by the insurance guarantee contract: damage to the vehicle, acts of vandalism, theft, storm, fire, hail, and glass breakage. A deductible applies per event. Multiple deductibles may apply if the damages do not all occur at the same time and by the same action. The amount of the deductible depends on the level of insurance you have subscribed to.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the renter agrees to comply with the obligations mentioned in Article 14.
The mobile app has been custom developed to facilitate the inventory process in the context of renting a motorhome, van, or camper.
