Alquilamos la furgoneta 12 días,estaba impecable, limpia y con todo lo necesario. el propietario respondía rápidamente y amablemente a todas nuestras dudas. desgraciadamente sufrió una avería inesperada a falta de 3,5 días de finalizar dicho alquiler, pudimos llegar a un área de servicio y allí estuvimos esperando la asistencia desde las 19,30 del viernes 10/07 hasta las 5,10 de la madrugada del sábado 11/07. tanto el equipo de wikicamper, especialmente cecile, como los propietarios, intentaron durante horas ayudarnos con las llamadas al teléfono de urgencia, pero la gestión del incidente por parte de mondial asistance fue desastrosa, 10 horas tirados!!cuando llegamos al hotel que deberíamos tener reservado a mi nombre, a las 5,30 de la madrugada, esa reserva no estaba y no había habitaciones libres. finalmente después de esperar otras 2 horas en la recepción sin respuesta de la aseguradora, decidimos ir por nuestros medios a ginebra desde donde debíamos salir el 14/07 con avión a españa. el sábado 10/07 a las 13,30, recibí una llamada al fin de la aseguradora para que les explicara nuestro plan. estamos todavía a la espera de que nos reembolsen 3 días de hotel y el tren y autobús para llegar desde bussigny donde nos dejaron al hotel de ginebra. veremos como terminamos con ellos. finalmente mostrar nuestro agradecimiento más sincero a enrique y ana los propietarios de la furgoneta y al equipo de wikicamper.
