🕐 Departure and return
To ensure that each rental goes smoothly and that we have time to carefully prepare the vehicle for the next travelers, we simply ask you to respect the agreed schedules.
On the day of return, the van must be returned by 4 PM at the latest.
We will also take a little moment together at the start to present the vehicle, explain its operation, and answer your questions so that you can leave serenely.

Our van is new, and we naturally wish to keep it in good condition so that every traveler can enjoy it under the same conditions.
It is therefore non-smoking, and we do not accept pets. Festivals, festive gatherings, and similar events are not permitted.
We simply ask that you take care of it as if it were your own. 😊
On our part, we will do our best to ensure that you receive it clean, well-prepared, and ready for your adventure.

Super expérience !!! tout a été parfait !! de la prise de contact, au jour du depart et jusqu'à la restitution. audrey & vincent sont très disponibles pour expliquer au mieux l'utilisation du fourgon et plein de petites attentions. le fourgon est neuf et dispose des meilleurs fonctionnalités : frigo, clim, chauffe eau rapide, lit confortable, boîte auto ... que du bonheur pour arpenter les routes des volcans d'auvergne. merci beaucoup à eux pour avoir rendu cette expérience magnifique !! on recommande à 100%.
