Pour cette première expérience en van, eric le propriétaire du transporter 4 loué, a été le principal acteur persuasif avec un premier contact téléphonique très rassurant. la suite de l'aventure a continué sur les mêmes impressions: eric est facilement joignable, a le contact très facile et sympathique, et est soucieux de faire le bonheur de ces locataires. le van était très propre, et la mise en main très bien menée.
