During the rental, the rented vehicle is covered for Civil Liability (third-party insurance) with the insurer Allianz and for comprehensive coverage within the limits of our contractual conditions. No steps are required with your insurance, and your bonus will not be affected in case of an accident.
Rest assured, in case of a breakdown, our assistance is here for you 24/7.
In the event of a contractually covered claim, we will cover the repair costs. You only pay your deductible (one deductible per claim). Non-covered damages are charged to your security deposit.
